Go'shtni 15-20 daqiqa dam oling. Qalin taglikli tovada yuqori olovda sariyog'ni zaytun moyida eriting. Bifshtekslarni tovaga soling va har ikki tomonini 3-4 daqiqadan pishiring. Ortiqcha namlikni yo'qotish uchun baliqni bir oz dam oling. Skumbriya biroz quriganidan so'ng, uni ichkaridan va tashqaridan sarimsoq ziravorlari bilan ishqalang.
